Godiva

B2C | Market: Singapore | Scope: Social

 

Despite already being a well-known premium chocolate brand, Godiva wanted to strengthen their social presence to stand out from their competitors. They chose Instagram as a platform to engage with their audiences and to feature new and seasonal products.

THE BRIEF

 

Due to budget constraints, we were unable to do photoshoots of the products for our content. Instead, we had to use the photos in the photo bank provided by the client. Therefore, our creative execution was quite restricted. We had to work around the global assets and make the best out of them.

Another challenge we faced was that we had to find the balance between creating engaging and fun content while still retaining the brand’s premium branding.

THE CHALLENGE

 

Our approach was to be as playful as possible with our visuals. We injected creativity into the global assets with deliberate use of fun elements (like the bunny for Easter posting). We also introduced GIF formats to capture audiences’ attention further.
